The publisher of the website www.studio-habitat.hr is KITCHEN POINT j.d.o.o., with its registered office in Vodice, Pamukovića Kamila 27A, VAT ID (OIB): 79511653891 (hereinafter: the „Publisher"). Please read these General Terms of Use before you begin using the website www.studio-habitat.hr.
www.studio-habitat.hr is a website through which the Publisher provides information about the products and services in the Publisher's range.
A User of the website www.studio-habitat.hr is any legal or natural person who in any way, whether directly or indirectly, uses or has used, accesses or has accessed the website www.studio-habitat.hr (hereinafter: the „User").
The website means all web pages and parts of them located within the domain www.studio-habitat.hr.
General
These General Terms of Use of the website www.studio-habitat.hr (hereinafter: the „General Terms") set out the terms and rules relating to the use of the website www.studio-habitat.hr.
By using this website, Users indicate that they agree with the terms and rules set out here and consent to use the website www.studio-habitat.hr in accordance with them.
The right to use this website is a personal right of the User and may not be transferred in any way to other natural or legal persons.

The Publisher reserves the right at any time, and without prior notice, if it considers it necessary, to withdraw or amend any of the General Terms of Use set out here and/or the Privacy Statement. Such changes may, among other things, include the introduction of certain fees or charges. If the General Terms of Use change and the User continues to use the website www.studio-habitat.hr, the User is deemed to accept the General Terms of Use in their amended form. Any amendment to or deletion of the General Terms of Use is valid as against third parties immediately upon publication on the website www.studio-habitat.hr. If the Publisher does not exercise its rights under these General Terms, this will not be considered a waiver or loss of those rights, or of any other rights set out here.
The Publisher observes the directive that advertising is not directed at persons under 18 years of age. It will not intimidate potential Users or present unrealistic industry cases. The Publisher will advertise its marketing materials ethically, in accordance with the law and the rules of the profession.
All legal disputes that may arise in connection with the use of the website www.studio-habitat.hr fall under the jurisdiction of the competent court with its seat in Vodice.
By accessing the website www.studio-habitat.hr, the User is deemed to have read, correctly interpreted and accepted these General Terms in full.
In case of any discrepancy between this English translation and the Croatian original, the Croatian version shall prevail.
